Our Salon Policies

Please read carefully before booking an appointment. 

Booking fee & cancellations

All lash extension appointments require a non refundable 30% booking fee will need to be made for all appointments. Reschedules & cancellations within 48hrs of booked appointment time will forfeit the booking fee, and a new booking fee will need to be made for the next booking.


No shows will not be eligible to book again.

 

If you have given us the required notice for a rescheduling, your booking fee will revert into a credit that can be used to book another appointment. These credits have no expiry date.

Early & late arrivals

If you are running late for any reason, please notify me as soon as you can. If I have another appointment booked after you, there will unfortunately be no extra time available after your appointment slot. This may mean needing to book a follow up appointment or cancelling the appointment all together. If you arrive late for more than 15 minutes your appointment will need to be rescheduled, as we want to provide you the best service possible.​

If you have arrived early for your appointment, please message us on 0478 038 405 and check if we are ready for you. Our schedule is usually booked back to back and we may not be ready for you if you arrive 5-15 minutes earlier than your booked appointment time. Adore Lashes by Minna is a home based salon and we unfortunately don't currently have a waiting area for our clients.

Please ensure that you have cleaned all the make up from around your eyes and come to your appointment with clean skin. The more time we are using to clean your lashes, the less time there is left for lashing.

a Patch Test

It is recommended that a patch test is performed for anyone who has not yet had eyelash extensions. This is to ensure that you will not have any adverse reactions to any of the products that we use. A patch test is performed 48 hours prior to applying a full set of eyelash extensions. You do not have to get the patch test if you do not want to, but there is the unknown risk of not knowing if you will have an allergic reaction or not. If you require a patch test, feel free to book a free appointment using the booking system below.​

Aftercare and our guarantee

​Adore Lashes by Minna is not responsible for any damage to your lashes if your haven't followed the aftercare instructions properly. We will give you the aftercare instructions at the time of the appointment, and it is then your responsibility to look after the lashes to ensure they stay healthy. Adore Lashes by Minna will use correct weight and length extensions to ensure that no damage is caused to your natural lashes.
 

Sickness

If your are unwell or sick, please do not attend your appointment. Instead, please contact me as soon as you can, and we can reschedule your appointment for another time that suits you. 

Payments

We accept payments by visa, eftpos, mastercard and afterpay. (Afterpay minimum spend $35)

Foreign infills

We accept clients who have lashes from other salons, but we will need to assess the existing lashes at your appointment to decide if we can work with them or if a new set is required. 

Please book for "Foreign infill" if you are coming from another salon.
